WEDNESDAY, JUNE 4TH, 2008 - GRADUATION CEREMONY REHEARSAL 8:30am - 11am

Grade 12 potential Graduates will be called down to the gym to practice for the Graduation Ceremony. The Ceremony is being held at the Oakville Conference Centre on June 26th at 7pm.

At the rehearsal on Wednesday, potential Graduates will receive a package containing a ticket to the Graduation Brunch, an invitation to the Ceremony and 3 guest passes. Attendance at the rehearsal is mandatory.

FRIDAY, JUNE 6TH, 2008 - GRADUATION FORMAL

Potential Graduates are asked to arrive between 6pm & 6:45pm at the Burlington Convention Centre on Burloak Drive. Dinner will be served at 7pm. All potential Graduates must present their ticket(s) upon entering and check in with staff at the reception tables.

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 25TH, 2008 - GRADUATION MASS 10:30am - St. Matthew Parish

A mass will be celebrated in honour of the Graduates of 2008. Parents of potential Graduates are welcome to attend.

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 25TH, 2008 - GRADUATION BRUNCH 11:30am - 2pm: Oakville Conference Centre

Potential Graduates are asked to arrive at the Oakville Conference Centre on Wyecroft Road between 11:30am & 12pm, immediately following the Graduation Mass. Brunch tickets must be presented at the reception tables upon entering. There will be another short rehearsal immediately following the Brunch to prepare for the ceremony.

THURSDAY, JUNE 26TH, 2008 - GOWN & FLOWER PICKUP

Potential Graduates are asked to pick up their gown and flowers in the cafeteria between 12pm & 2pm. Please ensure you have your name checked off when you pick up your gown and flowers. Students will keep their gowns as a souvenir.

CEREMONY - Oakville Conference Centre 7pm

Potential Graduates are asked to arrive at the Oakville Conference Centre between 6pm - 6:15pm to line up for the ceremony, as per rehearsal instructions. Guests are reminded that they may only enter the Oakville Conference Centre if they have a Guest Pass.
